Practical information for your stay
To make your stay easier, here is some important information:
Check-in: all our rentals are available from 5 pm.
Check-out : please vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m.
Non-smoking: all our mobile homes are non-smoking areas to guarantee a healthy environment.
Payment of balance: the balance of the rental must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival at the campsite.
Our optional extras
Disposable sheets: €13 per pair for the stay
Baby kit: rental of cot + high chair €20/week
Cleaning: “end-of-stay cleaning €150” option (the cleaning option must be confirmed 48 hours before departure)
(All our extras are subject to reservation and availability).
Please note that children can stay free of charge, as long as the maximum occupancy indicated for the accommodation is respected. (6 people maximum)
Failure to comply with the maximum occupancy rate will result in expulsion and no refunds will be accepted.

6.02€ per week and per person +18 years old
Pet*: €23 per week from 27/06 to 05/09 (free except July and August) you must present your pet’s up-to-date vaccination certificate on arrival – one pet per mobile home is required
*Management reserves the right to refuse to accept an animal depending on its category.
A deposit of 620€ will be required for all rentals (in two checks 470€ and 150€) or a
credit card imprint.
Reservations
Free quotation
All reservations are subject to a €30 booking fee, non-refundable in the event of cancellation, and a deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Customers who have not paid the balance by the agreed date are considered to have cancelled. Under no circumstances will they be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the full price of the trip or stay must be paid at

The reservation option is valid for 8 days. The reservation is effective when the customer receives written confirmation from
camping clos du thym.
Accommodation
Please note that children can stay free of charge, as long as the maximum occupancy indicated for the accommodation is respected.
Failure to comply with the maximum occupancy rate will result in eviction and no refund will be
tolerated.
Cancellation insurance
Cancellation insurance is optional and is calculated according to the amount of your stay. No
refund of your deposit can be requested in the event of cancellation.
Failure to arrive on the day of arrival without prior notice will result in cancellation after 24 hours (no refund of deposit).
