What types of accommodation are available?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

We only rent mobile homes at Le Clos du Thym. We have very few as we are a residential campsite. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How much is the deposit?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Two deposits will be required: \u20ac440 for the mobile home and equipment and \u20ac80 for cleaning. You can pay these deposits in 2 checks or by credit card. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the arrival and departure days?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Arrivals and departures only on Saturdays. Arrival from 5 pm and departure until 10 am. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What time should I arrive? What time should I leave? <\/strong><\/summary>\n

We guarantee mobile homes from 5 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can use the swimming pool and campsite facilities after checking in. Departures must be made before 10 a.m., with an appointment made 48 hours in advance at reception, in order to schedule the departure inventory for the day of your departure. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you have laundry facilities? What services and shops are available on site? <\/strong><\/summary>\n

Laundry facilities are available on the campsite, and tokens can be purchased at reception. During the high season, family entertainment is available. A children’s club (ages 6 to 12) is also available, subject to registration. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What should we do on arrival?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

When you arrive, you must go to reception, whether you have rented through the campsite or through an owner. We will welcome you and give you all the information you need for your stay. When you move into your mobile home, you’ll need to complete an inventory, which you’ll need to hand in to reception the next morning, along with your deposit. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Which swimsuits are allowed?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

We accept swimming trunks for men, and real swimsuits for women. Swimming shorts are strictly forbidden.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the reception hours? Swimming pool? <\/strong><\/summary>\n

The campsite reception is open all year round. July\/August: Sunday to Friday: 9 a.m.-1 p.m.-3.30 p.m.-7.30 p.m. and Saturday: 8 a.m.-1 p.m.-2 p.m.-8 p.m. May \/ June \/ September: 9 am – 12 pm – 2 pm – 6 pm. Rest of the year: 2 pm – 6 pm. The swimming pool is open from June to September, from 10 am to 8 pm.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are pets allowed? Which pets? <\/strong><\/summary>\n

Pets are welcome. Only category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. In high season (July\/August) a supplement of 23 \u20ac will be charged. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What if we arrive after reception hours?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Don’t worry, if you arrive outside reception hours, we’ll offer you an alternative thanks to our on-site security guards. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there wifi?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes, you will have one wifi connection per pitch, valid for 1 device. No other connection will be available, even at extra cost.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can we invite friends? Do my visitors have access to the pool? <\/strong><\/summary>\n

If you have visitors coming to see you on site, it is imperative that you inform reception. They can spend the day with you, but cannot sleep on site. Visitors don’t have access to the swimming pool, but you can still have lunch in the restaurant, a drink in the bar, or use the facilities (such as the p\u00e9tanque court and soccer pitch). The swimming pool is the only place they won’t have access to, for reasons of insurance and capacity. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there a parking lot?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

You can park one car per space, and the outside parking lot will allow you to park other vehicles if required.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What payment methods do you accept?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

We accept payment by credit card, cheque, vacation vouchers, bank transfer and cash.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are sheets provided?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

No, you must bring your own linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.). Disposable sheets are available at \u20ac13 per pair, please ask at reception. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are household products provided?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

No, they’re not supplied – you’ll need to bring your own. Mobile homes are equipped with brooms, mops and buckets. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
